Great to meet you!

Clients working with me can expect an open-minded, flexible, and less rigid approach. I believe therapy should be a safe space where people feel seen and understood without judgment. I adapt my style to fit each client’s unique needs rather than expecting clients to fit into a “one-size-fits-all” model of care.

My approach to therapy

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, along with a certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy. My professional background is rooted in supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as communication issues, relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have experience working with diverse populations, with a special focus on helping couples build healthier connections and supporting individuals who want to grow in their relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to leave with greater clarity, practical strategies, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools you can use both inside and outside of therapy to create meaningful change.
