I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Art Therapist. I am passionate about guiding women in overcoming challenges in their lives and resolving trauma and difficult experiences so that they can leading happy and fulfilling lives. I aspire to assist individuals in accessing and utilizing their unique strengths to achieve their personal goals.
I employ a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Art Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and IFS to help individuals reach a place of healing and achieve balance and peace within themselves and in relationships. Art therapy is my passion as it combines the use of art media and the creative process in a therapeutic setting. I strive to create a supportive and empowering space to explore experiences with compassion and gain a deeper understanding of how they impact present beliefs and behaviors.
My goal is to facilitate personal growth through shifting perspectives, replacing negative beliefs, and rewriting narratives that may have formed in response to previous hardships.
