Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s individual needs. I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe that healing begins in a safe space where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I work with clients to explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped them, while building on their existing strengths and resilience. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches to support clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth or relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to begin getting to know you — your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. We will explore your current challenges, strengths, and goals while beginning to identify areas where therapy can support growth and healing. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we will develop a personalized approach that supports meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
