My therapy style is an integrative approach such as CBT, reality therapy, strength-based, and person-centered therapy, to create a treatment plan that addresses the unique needs of my clients. This flexibility allows me to provide a comprehensive and personalized treatment to best support my clients' goals and promote their mental well-being.
