Great to meet you!

Therapists are like calculators or compasses, without the right solution or coordinates we end up where we started of sometimes even loss. Building rapport can be difficult at times because trust has to be built. Do not feel as if you need to force your story out, find a place that feels comfortable to start and let's try and solve this problem together.

My approach to therapy

I believe I use many modalities but I really like utilizing cognitive behavioral styles and rational emotive behavior therapy. Our mind is a very powerful place and without fine tuning her and there we can feel as though our metaphoric life piano is out of tune.

What you can expect from me

Getting to know one another and building rapport. It is also important to build a treatment plan (which can evolve with time). Do not feel afraid to ask questions, the more we learn about ourselves the better we are at setting healthy boundaries (and communicating those boundaries with people in our lives).
