Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and client-centered psychotherapist with over three years of direct psychotherapy experience and five years of combined experience in social services and community behavioral health. I am skilled in supporting diverse populations across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, cultural and identity issues and emotional regulation challenges.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I pride herself on my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment to thoughtfully challenge clients’ unhelpful thought patterns by encouraging them to examine assumptions, consider alternative perspectives, and develop more balanced, constructive ways of thinking in a way that fosters trust, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Experienced in working within community-based settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for client needs, I bring a strong commitment to culturally responsive care with strengths-based interventions, and I empower clients to build practical skills for long-term well-being.
