Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to providing empathetic and evidence-based virtual mental health treatment. My approach is focused on fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you on your journey to wellness. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, depression, and childhood behavioral concerns, and continue to grow my therapeutic skill set through continuous training.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaboration between my clinical expertise and your expertise about yourself. I work toward helping clients create new insights, skills, and lasting change through an approach that is warm, humorous, and also challenging- but at your pace. I typically utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach but also newer-wave therapies such as ACT to create a custom treatment plan with you.

What you can expect from me

I will help you identify goals and grow the skills needed to get you there. I believe symptom relief is best achieved through helping you better understand and modify your thought processes, lean into what is most important to you, capitalize on your strengths, and reshape the relationship between your mind and body.
