Great to meet you!

Let’s talk. I’m a seasoned, compassionate, and dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, case management, and psychotherapy. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, and complex mental health challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. I also have strong experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for emotional disturbances and co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach blends clinical expertise with genuine care - helping clients move from crisis, confusion, or emotional instability toward clarity, stability, and meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

I believe clients know themselves better than anyone, and therapy works best when we build on that insight together. You are your own best resource - my role is to help you access and strengthen it. Whether you are managing anxiety symptoms, depressive episodes, trauma responses, mood instability, or ongoing stress, I approach treatment collaboratively and respectfully. We work to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while identifying practical strategies that support emotional regulation, healthier coping skills, and sustainable change. Therapy is not something done to you — it is a partnership grounded in empowerment and accountability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust, authenticity, and open communication. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy - whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship strain, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty coping with life’s demands - and clarify your goals for treatment. I view therapy as a joint venture where our combined knowledge and skills create practical, personalized solutions. You can expect a supportive yet focused conversation that leaves you with a clearer understanding of next steps and a renewed sense of direction.
