Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with highly intelligent clients who are challenged by impulsive behaviors, addiction, and relationships. I have worked with families, couples, and individuals for over nineteen years as an addiction’s treatment specialist, program director, therapist, and clinical director. I focus on creating a safe place so that you can discover your own power to heal, identify your goals, develop your life purpose, and how you can navigate your life in a positive way.

My approach to therapy

I am a holistic therapist who focuses on mind, body, and one’s inner world. I use several different theories to inform my practice. I am experienced in Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic, Jungian, Narrative, Expressive, Energy Psychology and Reality Therapy. I am trained in EMDR and certified in Mindfulness as well as Nutrition. I also specialize in performance coaching for clients who are seeking to enhance their personal development.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a clearer sense of their own patterns and behaviors, along with actionable strategies to implement positive change. Whether it's recognizing toxic relationship dynamics, navigating the complexities of family systems, or building emotional resilience, my goal is to empower clients to take control of their lives with confidence and clarity.
