Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed care for women, with a particular focus on attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, grief, and identity transitions. I work frequently with mothers and caregivers who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival patterns shaped by loss, abandonment, or relational trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I focus on helping clients understand how past experiences impact current relationships, regulate their nervous system, and develop healthier emotional boundaries. Therapy with me is paced intentionally and centered on emotional safety, self-restoration, and sustainable change.

I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain, while moving at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered from the start.
