Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families feel heard, supported, and empowered. I have over eight years of experience working in diverse populations in inpatient residential, in-home therapy, and outpatient settings. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, bi polar disorder, emotional regulation, life transitions, and family-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I help clients process life experiences developing practical skills they can use outside of therapy. I utilize evidence- based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma- informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing, psycho education, and coping skills to support the client.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.
