Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with people in their 20s and 30s who are navigating all types of challenges (relational, emotional, professional, etc.). That is the bread and butter of my practice and what I have focused on for the last 12+ years. I work with all genders, sexual orientations, and ethnicities, and I really love what I do.

Feel free to get a glimpse of my style on my Instagram videos @chanelhalimi_therapist

My approach to therapy

"My heart and brain are important to me. I go to a dentist for my teeth, so why wouldn't I go to a therapist?" - Actress Kerry Washington

My approach and demeanor: I strive to always be calm, warm, and nurturing with my clients. I also provide clients with exercises, insights, and strategies so that they can truly grow and transform. I am interested in helping people live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where we move at a pace that is best for each client. First sessions can feel emotional or a bit nerve-wracking, and that’s okay. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and anything else you’d like me to know. I look forward to connecting with you.
