Great to meet you!

Are you feeling dissatisfied in your daily life? Things are okay, but something doesn’t feel quite right. You’re employed, maybe in a relationship, and can socialize with friends, but you wonder if you’re truly happy. I would love to speak with you to see if therapy with me can help you better understand yourself and improve your life.

I am a dedicated therapist specializing in emerging adults (ages 18–25), adults in their 20s and 30s, and career, passion, and purpose. I love what I do and am here to serve.

My approach to therapy

"My heart and brain are important to me. I go to a dentist for my teeth, so why wouldn't I go to a therapist?" - Actress Kerry Washington

My approach and demeanor: I strive to always be calm, warm, and nurturing with my clients. I also provide clients with exercises, insights, and strategies so that they can truly grow and transform. I am interested in helping people live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Life can be very hard. Almost every person faces mental health challenges at some point. Your sessions are your space. I'll give you the floor to share whatever feels most important while I listen and support you. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your hopes, relevant symptoms and history, and anything else you'd like me to know.
