Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who specializes in working with adult women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Loma Linda University in 2018 and began my career in community mental health, where I supported individuals and families across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Over the years, my work has naturally evolved toward supporting women who are high-functioning, thoughtful, and deeply caring — yet quietly carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or relational tension internally. Many of the women I work with are in seasons of change, whether managing career pressures, navigating new or shifting relationships, working through challenging family dynamics, or adjusting to new life roles. They’re often looking for a space where they can finally exhale and sort through it all honestly.

My approach is both evidence-based and holistic. I believe emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to physical health, nervous system regulation, environment, and cultural influences. Therapy with me offers a space where you can feel understood and supported, while also gaining insight and practical tools to feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I believe therapy should feel like a steady, supportive space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or rushed. At the same time, I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with practical tools you can apply in your everyday life.

I use an integrative approach that draws from evidence-based therapies for anxiety and stress, while also incorporating a holistic lens. That means we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how your nervous system responds to stress, how relationship patterns may be shaping your experiences, and how physical wellness, lifestyle habits, and cultural influences impact your mental health.

Some sessions may focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns. Others may center on nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, or improving communication within relationships. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more emotionally regulated, and develop sustainable strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that feels calm, welcoming, and structured. We’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy and what has been feeling most pressing or overwhelming lately. You don’t need to have everything perfectly articulated — we’ll sort through it together.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current stressors, relationships, and overall wellbeing, including how anxiety may be showing up emotionally and physically. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping will feel different in your life as a result of therapy. This helps us begin identifying patterns, strengths, and meaningful goals for our work.

We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and manageable. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved — not because everything is solved, but because they finally feel understood and have a clearer sense of direction. My goal is for you to walk away feeling supported, grounded, and confident about the next steps we’ll take together.
