Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. My style is supportive, direct, and grounded in both compassion and accountability. I believe therapy should feel safe and collaborative, while also focused on real, measurable growth. My goal is to help you better understand your emotions, patterns, and strengths so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and practical coping skills. I help clients connect their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I balance validation with gentle challenge because lasting change requires both support and accountability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current stressors, and strengths. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we move at your pace. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about next steps and how we’ll work together.
