Great to meet you!

I’m a culturally attuned, trauma-informed LMFT who works with teens, young adults, women, and couples navigating anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relationship patterns. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC and have trained across diverse Los Angeles settings supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. I care deeply about helping people understand themselves more clearly and feel more grounded in who they are. My background allows me to hold space for complexity—cultural narratives, family dynamics, attachment wounds, and the emotional weight of trying to keep it all together—and I show up with honesty, warmth, and real support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and narrative, supported by trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and grounding. I’m straightforward but compassionate—I help you explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while giving you tools you can actually use in everyday life. I pay attention to how your past informs your present, how your internal dialogue shapes your choices, and how culture, identity, and relationships influence your experience. I’m here to help you reconnect with your sense of self, break cycles that no longer serve you, and move through life feeling more confident, intentional, and understood.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and talk openly about what’s been weighing on you without pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll explore what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you want to shift. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your background, your relationships, and what’s happening internally—not just the symptoms, but the story behind them. You can expect a grounded, welcoming space where you’re met with curiosity, validation, and clarity. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of direction, what working together will look like, and how we can start creating meaningful change.
