Great to meet you!

With nearly 20 years of experience as a clinical therapist I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, ADHD, grief, and trauma, my work has been deeply fulfilling and impactful. I hold a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of West Georgia and a Master's in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. In addition, I work with clients 13 and up.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, interactive, and client-centered. I believe that therapy should be a space where individuals feel respected, understood, and empowered to make lasting change. I am licensed in Arizona, Georgia and Illinois.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, especially when it involves confronting personal struggles. It takes great courage to reach out for help, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Whether you are facing difficulties with school, family, relationships, or personal well-being, If you are ready to take the first step toward change, I look forward to working with you and helping you discover your inner strength and resilience.
