She is a board certified Texas counselor and teacher, as well as nationally certified counselor. She primarily uses CBT strategies, and her areas of research include children and adolescents with trauma, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

Chanley's practice was created to help support the LGBTQIA+ population by providing safe, positive, affirming, non-judgmental counseling services for all ages. Whether you are needing a safe place to come out and assistance with support to come out to your family and friends, experiencing difficulties transitioning to a new school, job, or living situation, or perhaps you are needing support through a gender transition, know that Chanley is here to support you through it all.

What you can expect from me
