Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

If you're an adult woman struggling with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, or relationship challenges, you're not alone. I specialize in helping women explore the emotional and behavioral patterns behind these struggles. Using a psychodynamic approach, we work together to uncover root causes, gain insight, and shift unhelpful patterns. Whether for immediate support or long-term growth, I offer a compassionate space to help you create lasting change and a more fulfilling life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach centers on building a strong, trusting relationship while fostering insight and self-awareness. Using a psychodynamic or "depth" psychology approach, I help patients explore the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns that shape their experiences, leading to lasting personal growth and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first sessions, we'll focus on what's currently bringing you to therapy and begin to build a foundation of trust and understanding. As our work evolves, we’ll go deeper, uncovering the underlying dynamics that influence your thoughts and feelings. My practice is unique in that I often work with my clients long-term, creating a supportive space for continued personal growth and healing.
