Great to meet you!

I practice positive psychology and believe in striving toward wellness all the time, not just in times of hardship. I am here to walk with you on the path to self discovery, self love, and empowerment.

I specialize in anxiety and depression, relationship issues, family conflict, divorce, life transitions, cancer diagnosis, and more. Please contact me so we can do the deep dive together.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a space for both reflection and transformation. My approach is relational, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate attachment-based work, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation to help clients move beyond survival patterns and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being. In our first session, we’ll take time to thoughtfully explore what brings you in, the patterns or challenges you may be navigating, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I approach this process with warmth, insight, and discretion, creating a space where you can feel both supported and deeply understood.

My style is collaborative, attuned, and grounded in genuine connection. Rather than rushing into solutions, we’ll work to understand the underlying dynamics shaping your emotional experiences, relationships, and sense of self. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out — our work begins exactly where you are.

Clients often describe our sessions as grounding, insightful, and emotionally clarifying, with a balance of depth, compassion, and practical support.
