Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Army veteran, and Wyoming native, now practicing in North Dakota. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota and bring years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges.

I specialize in helping clients heal from all types of trauma—including complex, developmental, relational, and military trauma—as well as navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. I use a holistic, eclectic approach, incorporating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with mindfulness and trauma-informed care.

My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and rebuild self-compassion and confidence. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about growth, connection, and reclaiming your sense of peace.

My approach to therapy

I work in a compassionate, collaborative way, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I use evidence-based approaches like ART, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and improve relationships. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My goal is to create a safe space where you can reconnect with your strengths and practice self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and create a safe, comfortable space for you to share your story. I’ll ask about your experiences, challenges, and goals, and together we’ll explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll also talk about how I work, what approaches might be helpful for you, and answer any questions you have. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of the next steps and how we can work together to support your healing and growth.
