Great to meet you!

My name is Chantal Baptiste, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C. I am dually certified in psychiatry and family, and hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, which allows me to combine advanced clinical training with a holistic, patient-centered approach. My passion is serving individuals and families by providing evidence-based mental health care that promotes healing, resilience, and lasting well-being. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and empowered to reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative; I believe that lasting progress happens when we work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique goals, needs, and lifestyle. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and respect. My focus is not just on managing symptoms, but also on helping you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. If you are ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I would be honored to support you with compassion, expertise, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where you feel safe to share your story at your own pace. We will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to seek care, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. I will ask questions about your medical, mental health, and personal history so I can better understand the whole picture of your well-being. This helps me create a treatment plan that is personalized to your unique needs. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in—the first session is simply about starting the conversation, building trust, and working together to set the foundation for your care. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
