Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chantal Castillo a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona offering virtual therapy for individuals and couples anywhere in Arizona.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I have a special focus on supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. My goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and accepted as your genuine self.

Common reasons people reach out to me include:

Anxiety, stress, or burnout, relationship or family challenges, life transitions and identity exploration, self-esteem and confidence building, LGBTQ+ affirming support, or feeling “stuck” and wanting to grow.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into every session. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real connection — where you can be fully yourself and know that I’m showing up as myself, too.

Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

You can see me virtually anywhere in Arizona, as long as I accept your insurance. We will work collaboratively to establish goals that foster growth to reach your desired outcome.
