Great to meet you!

Chantal is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and a deep commitment to holistic, trauma-informed mental health care. She brings experience as a nurse practitioner in urgent care and adolescent health, where she developed a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.

After earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Northeastern University in 2018, Chantal pursued advanced training in psychiatry, completing a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She is currently expanding her expertise through a fellowship in integrative psychiatric medicine, which emphasizes the intersection of traditional and complementary approaches to mental health.

Chantal uses a trauma-informed lens in all aspects of care, recognizing the complex ways past experiences shape present well-being. She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space for individuals of all ages to explore their mental health and work toward lasting change. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and integrative approaches to wellness.

Chantal is not currently taking clients under age 18 at this time.

My approach to therapy

I use a patient-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to care. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, openness, and shared decision-making. Whether we’re exploring medication options, lifestyle changes, or integrative approaches to healing, I aim to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience people bring to their healing process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. I believe that each individual is the expert on their own experience, and I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, strengths, and values.
