Great to meet you!

I’m a dedicated and compassionate therapist with 7 years of academic training in psychology, including 5 years focused on behavioral therapy. I completed a 1-year internship and gained 3 years of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary mental health outpatient program (MHOP), working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, attachment and relational challenges, intellectual disabilities, and executive functioning needs. I also work with families in recovery and those adjusting to neurodivergent diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and strength-based, blending Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, and trauma-sensitive care. I meet clients where they are, using creativity and connection to foster autonomy, insight, and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, supportive space where your voice is heard and your goals matter. Whether we're working individually or with your family, I’ll guide you in identifying patterns, strengthening communication, and developing tools that promote emotional regulation, confidence, and connection.

Outcomes may include:

  • Improved ability to manage emotions, attention, and impulses
  • Strengthened problem-solving, self-regulation, and coping strategies
  • Greater independence and executive functioning (especially for children and teens)
  • Healthier relationships and improved communication
  • Increased resilience and reduced anxiety or stress
  • A clearer sense of your values, goals, and next steps

Our work will be tailored to your needs, blending structure with flexibility, and evidence-based strategies with creativity. My goal is to help you or your child build lasting tools for growth in and beyond the therapy room.
