Great to meet you!

I graduated from Fordham with a Master of Social Work and have over 15 years of experience working with clients. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults transitioning to college, as well as helping adults with issues like depression, anxiety, parenting, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases and more.

Please note- I accept Aetna insurance as well as United, UHC, UMR, Oxford, Connecticare, and more (even if they are not listed as available on my Headway profile). If you have questions regarding insurance and payment please message me through Headway or email my office at [email protected]. We will respond to your message within 24 hours.

My approach to therapy

Maybe you're a college student drowning in deadlines and self-doubt, or balancing a chronic illness while everyone expects you to keep up. Perhaps you're the caregiver who gives endlessly but feels empty, or you're watching relationships slip away while anxiety tells you you're not enough. You're exhausted from pretending you're fine. You want to feel lighter, to actually enjoy life again, to stop just surviving. You need someone who gets it—without judgment. I see you, and I'm here to help you find your way back to yourself. With training in CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, I can help you navigate college, manage your chronic illness, and overcome anxiety, depression, or your relational struggles.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll untangle the thoughts keeping you stuck. I'll help you recognize patterns between what you think, feel, and do—then build practical tools to shift them. You'll challenge your inner critic, manage overwhelming emotions, and stay grounded in the present. We'll focus on what actually works for your life, helping you find balance and peace.

You don't need to figure it all out alone. Let's work together to help you feel like yourself again. Reach out and schedule a consultation call or appointment today!
