I have specialized experience helping first responders, veterans, minorities, and individuals with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and long-term mental illness. I specialize in Psychological Evaluations for Immigrants.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized training and experience with the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
