Great to meet you!

With over five years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and find practical solutions to the issues they face. I earned my master’s degree from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and have experience working in inpatient treatment facilities, supporting individuals through a variety of mental health challenges. My clinical interests include parenting concerns, family dynamics, relationship difficulties, stress management, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, coping skills, and life transitions. I enjoy helping clients navigate challenging situations, strengthen communication, build confidence, and develop practical strategies to improve their overall well-being. My goal is to meet each client where they are, recognize their individual needs, and work collaboratively toward meaningful, achievable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

I believe in treating every session with intention and purpose, approaching each meeting as an opportunity to make meaningful progress. My goal is to help clients identify actionable solutions they can apply to their current challenges, recognizing that each session may bring new concerns, experiences, or perspectives. I strive to ensure that every session offers something valuable that clients can carry with them beyond the therapy room.

My therapeutic style is down-to-earth, approachable, and conversational. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves, speaking openly, and knowing they can be honest without fear of judgment. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to growth and change.
