Great to meet you!

Counseling is more than a career choice for me. It’s my response to what I believe is a divine calling that I’m honored to answer! Professionally I hold Master’s degrees in Education and Clinical Mental Health, a National Board Certification in Counseling and a Professional Counselor license. My credentials qualify me in this work but it’s my passion for people, my fascination with human behavior and conviction about humans’ birthright to sustainable joy that drives me.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, integrative approach to counseling, exploring the needs of the whole person - mind, spirit and body. I'll encourage you to embrace the idea that we're all intrinsically whole and have power in all circumstances that life and choices confront us with. Despite how bleak things may seem, you'll be reminded you have what it takes to not only endure but prevail! Sometimes we just need a little help discovering growth and meaning amid the noise of our anxieties, fears and regrets.

What you can expect from me

Your counseling experience will be tailor made just for you. I'll join you on your journey towards mental, spiritual, physical and emotional poise and stability. I'll be a steady support for you as you work to become a healthier, happier, more refined you. In short, I got you and you got this! Expect to walk away from our sessions feeling empowered, with coping skills, a better understanding of yourself and a sense of relief.
