What you can expect from me

Your first session is structured but conversational. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, history, and what you’re hoping to change. I explain my clinical thinking so you understand how I’m forming a diagnosis and treatment plan. We’ll clarify your goals, discuss medication/supplement options if relevant, and create a plan together that gives you clear next steps, including recommendations for coping, reducing overwhelm, supporting your nervous system, and therapy referrals as needed.
