Great to meet you!

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, where I built a strong foundation in human development, learning, and behavioral science. I went on to earn my Master of Social Work, deepening my clinical training and specializing in evidence‐based, trauma‐informed mental health care. This combination of education and clinical practice allows me to approach therapy with both a developmental lens and a grounded, relational understanding of the whole person.

My approach to therapy

Areas I specialize in include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, identity, life transitions, and stress management. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation of effective treatment and meaningful personal growth. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and make sure the fit feels right for you. We’ll discuss your goals, what you’re hoping to shift or strengthen, and I’ll share my therapeutic style so you have a clear sense of how I can support your healing journey.
