Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, with a focus on geriatric care, early childhood development, and life transitions. My work is grounded in a holistic, systemic approach that considers the full context of each person’s relationships, environment, and experiences. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families in ways that honor their unique strengths and needs. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in narrative, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe in the power of the stories we tell ourselves and work collaboratively with clients to explore, reframe, and redefine those narratives in ways that feel more empowering and aligned. My style is direct yet compassionate. I will gently challenge patterns while also holding a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored as true to you. Together, we focus on building insight, identifying strengths, and creating meaningful, practical steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a relaxed, conversation-style intake where we begin exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I use systemic, exploratory questions to better understand your relationships, generational patterns, and aspects of your personality that shape your experiences. I often describe this first session as working on a puzzle without the lid, together we piece your story and begin identifying meaningful goals. Throughout, I aim to create a warm, curious, and safe space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
