My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your true, authentic self. Together, we’ll work through the struggles you're facing and empower you to create the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Using an integrated approach, I assist clients in working to increase solution focused thinking, build self-esteem and much more!

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I have the opportunity to work with many cultures. I maintain an awareness that we are alike and different in many ways resulting in a non-biased environment. This is your safe place! So, let’s begin the work! If picking up the phone to make a call is anxiety producing, that is okay. Just send me an email and I can make the first call.
