I work best with those who feel stuck in painful patterns shaped by trauma, low self-esteem, abusive relationships or complicated relationships with food and body. You may look “high-functioning” on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected or constantly at war with your thoughts. Perhaps you’re tired of self-criticism, shame, or trying to control your body as a way to feel safe. In our work together, you will feel supported, seen, and understood, while also gently challenging because real change requires leaning into discomfort in order to grow. I will support you in building trust and confidence to move forward.
