Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with life issues and/or grief you do not have to struggle alone. I offer hope, help, care, and support.

Hi, I’m Char and I genuinely love people and enjoy helping individuals like you on their life journey to become mentally whole and healthy, as well as, offer support to those striving to utilize their God-given gifts, talents, and discover their dreams.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Faith-Based Holistic approach. My own life experience gives me a unique and seasoned perspective. Both of my children have other mothers, so I understand the unique challenges having a blended family can bring. I retired from the City of Orlando and completed my degree while working full time and raising a family to pursue my passion of helping people on their life journey.

What you can expect from me

Remember, if you are struggling with life issues you do not have to struggle alone. I am here to Listen and provide hope, help, and healing, as well as, appropriate coping strategies to help you meet your therapeutic goals and needs.
