Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Charelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you're not alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to provide a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and know you don't have to have it all figured out. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, perfectionism, chronic illness, divorce, blended family dynamics, and life's unexpected transitions. Healing doesn't have to mean carrying the weight alone, and while therapy can be challenging, it can also be empowering, hopeful, and yes, even a little lighter than you expected. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based treatment for trauma and a variety of other conditions

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll celebrate your progress, make sense of the hard stuff, and work toward helping you feel more like yourself again. I won't pretend life is easy, but I do believe you already have many of the strengths needed to move forward, we'll simply uncover them together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. No pressure, no expectations to share everything all at once. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope life might look like moving forward. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but you get to decide what feels comfortable to share. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
