Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience, I believe prioritizing your mental health is essential to creating a stable, fulfilling life. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—but it can be one of the most powerful steps you take toward real change. My current focus is working with young adults navigating life transitions, as well as supporting, guiding, and empowering women of all ages.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I aim to meet you where you are, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—so you can show up as your full self and explore what matters most to you.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. These are adapted to fit your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or a major life shift, we’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and build the skills to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I also work through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, honoring the unique identities and stories each client brings. Therapy, in my view, is not just about symptom relief—it's a space for reflection, growth, and real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable opening up about your challenges and confident that you’re in a safe, supportive environment. From there, we’ll collaborate to turn your goals into a reality—one step at a time.
