Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a board-certified psychotherapist, I am here to be a support. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here. If you've been feeling stuck, anxious, or just not like yourself lately, I want you to know you don't have to navigate that alone. I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults using an authentic, curious, and compassionate approach. We will work together to navigate the complexities of anxiety, panic, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, and significant life changes.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll use practical tools and evidence-based methods to help you progress. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where you feel truly understood and validated as we work towards the life you want to create.

Evidence-based methods include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) among others.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is essentially a "get to know you" conversation. We will focus on what is bringing you to therapy in this moment and discuss your goals. There is no need to have all the answers right away; we are simply beginning the process at a pace that feels right for you.
