Great to meet you!

Real growth happens in a space where you feel truly heard and understood. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with clients to help them navigate life’s heavy seasons, work through stress and anxiety, and embrace major transitions.

My approach is grounded in partnership, honoring your unique perspective and identifying your core strengths. Together, we’ll explore your coping mechanisms and develop practical strategies to support you on your way toward your life goals. You don't have to navigate it alone—let's unlock your potential together and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Systems Theory, which recognizes that individuals are interconnected within complex systems, such as families or communities. This perspective allows me to understand how various factors, including relationships, environment, and personal history, influence a person's experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin exploring the systems and relationships that influence your life. I'll ask questions to understand your experiences, and we'll start identifying patterns and areas for growth. You can expect a collaborative, open conversation in a supportive environment.
