As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked extensively with children and adults in the home, school settings and a variety of treatment programs. My education led me to concentrate on family therapy and trauma response and recovery. I also have a background in outdoor experiential education, nature based therapy and adventure based therapy.

I believe that you deserve a safe, supportive and judgment free space to feel heard. Whether in the office, virtually or in nature, my sessions are casual and interactive. I use a strength-based approach; integrating mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential techniques to help you gain self-awareness about what may be preventing you from being your best self.
