Great to meet you!

I can help you identify feelings, emotions, and characteristics that damage your soul and well-being. Expect the therapist to utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Parenting Education (Triple P Program), Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

My approach to therapy

Do you find yourself struggling with everyday life? Do you feel depressed, discouraged, anxious, or even overwhelmed? We all face these issues, but few have the tools needed to overcome and move forward. With the skills and training I have learned over the years, I have been able to help individuals meet their personal goals while overcoming hindrances. My primary goal with each client is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship based on their unique cultural and life experiences. I enter the therapeutic journey with curiosity and strive to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

I believe that achieving wellness is obtainable. I want to preserve the client's dignity and promote growth throughout their therapeutic journey. Most importantly, cultural diversity and sensitivity to all people are imperative. If you’re struggling to cope with life changes, I can help you navigate these feelings and offer a path forward.
