Great to meet you!

I’m a solution-focused therapist who genuinely enjoys helping people discover their strengths, work through challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. For the past six years, I’ve supported adults ages 18–80 in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression and developing practical tools to feel more confident and in control. I believe therapy can be both empowering and hopeful, and I’m excited to work alongside you as you take steps toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating personalized goals because everyone’s story, strengths, and needs are different. I believe that identifying your individual strengths and focusing on what matters most to you can help you move toward the changes you want to make. Together, we’ll build our work around open communication, collaboration, and genuine support while developing the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to achieve. We’ll work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you. I see this first meeting as an important building block for creating a strong therapeutic foundation—one built on trust, safety, and a sense of security that allows us to do meaningful work together.
