A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very client-centered and compassion driven. My most used therapy techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have a long history of working with mood disorders, stress, trauma and addictions to name a few. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
