Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 13 years' experience, called to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they heal, grow, reclaim, restore and rise in their desired purpose in life.

I offer trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and spiritually integrated therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems Theory—to foster lasting growth and resilience.

Everyone has a unique story, whether you're navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, or relational struggles, I offer a safe, compassionate space grounded in both clinical wisdom and faith values.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing is a sacred journey—and therapy can be both a clinical process and a spiritual one. Together, we can reclaim your story, restore connection, and rise toward renewed purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll welcome you by acknowledging the courage it takes to begin your healing journey. Together, we’ll take time to explore your story and begin identifying the patterns that have shaped your experiences. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to help you reclaim your story, restore balance, and rise into greater emotional wellness.
