Charity Hegglund

I am licensed in Texas with 14 years of professional work experience. I specialize in EMDR for PTSD/trauma, stress and anxiety & Emotionally Focused Therapy for marriage/relationship issues. I offer Christian and spiritual counseling and am well-versed in cognitive and behavioral therapies. As an RN, I do my best to consider body, mind, and spiritual healing. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I'm solution-focused, so I work to tailor counseling to the individual needs of each client.
