Great to meet you!

For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult—and most meaningful—moments. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, grief, relationship conflict, identity exploration, mental health diagnoses, medication management, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling stuck. No concern is too big or too small; my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

Safety and support is essential in being able to learn anything new.

My therapeutic style is to offer healthy connection in a manner which allows them to explore their life experiences, the stories they have created around their experiences, and begin to evaluate their need for change. This is not always direct.

While some circumstances are easily addressed, others take time. I encourage people to see therapy as an investment in themselves both in and out of the therapy office. Additionally, I like to structure my work with clients so they begin to feel more comfortable exploring and discussing topics that were once considered something to be hidden.

What you can expect from me

An initial session with a client is primarily meeting one another to discuss why you are entering therapy.

We will also address details of how I operate as a professional. All of the clinical paperwork should be completed online prior to the first session, but I am always available to help with various questions.

Hopefully, you get to share why you're there and I get to help you begin to feel confident about how therapy will work.
