Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to honor the courage it takes to start this journey. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and genuine collaboration. I believe that healing happens within the safety of a trusting relationship, where you can bring your full self without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood as we work together on the challenges and hopes that brought you here. We are all on a journey of discovery and self awareness, and I am honored to be there with my clients to walk beside them.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the unique struggles that come with balancing work, family, and personal growth. I also work with clients who feel “stuck” or disconnected, helping them reconnect to their values, rediscover their strengths, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—because you are not broken—but rather about exploring new perspectives, developing effective tools, and building resilience so you can thrive. I believe that we do not have to fix all of our problems before we pursue our dreams or live a life that is fully in alignment with our values.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, while also tailoring our work to your unique needs and personality. I love Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as I believe it affirms our experience while focusing on the core of our aspirations and what is in our heart- and how to pursue it. Together, we’ll identify your goals and set a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I often hear from clients that they appreciate my down-to-earth nature and the sense of calm I bring into the therapy space. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

I see therapy as a journey we walk side by side. Sometimes the path involves exploring painful memories or emotions; other times it’s about celebrating progress and discovering new strengths. Every step, no matter how small, is meaningful. I will be here to encourage you, challenge you gently when needed, and provide tools and insights that support your growth. Together, we can work on managing stress more effectively, improving relationships, and cultivating a greater sense of balance and fulfillment in your life.
