Great to meet you!

I’m Charity, an LCSW with 12 years of experience helping people navigate life’s harder chapters. Whether you're managing the weight of anxiety and depression, processing trauma, or adjusting to the unique challenges. I’m here to support you. My background across military and medical settings has taught me that everyone’s journey is different. I’m committed to providing a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you can feel truly understood as you grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‐based practices. I blend CBT, trauma‐informed care, and supportive therapy to help you understand your patterns, build practical skills, and feel more grounded in yourself. I move at your pace and create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a first session that feels calm, welcoming, and pressure‐free. I focus on helping you feel comfortable enough to share what’s going on at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying emotionally, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll ask gentle, grounding questions to understand your experiences, symptoms, and strengths, and I check in often to make sure you feel safe and supported. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we’ll work together and what your next steps toward healing might look like.
