Life can be complicated and having someone in your corner can ease fears and worries while allowing for growth and healing. My passion as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and difficult times.
My approach is to meet you where you are and assist you to build and grow into your best self. We are all unique and require different approaches, I believe in encouraging clients to be their own advocates and connect their dots along their journey. I will support you, listen to you, challenge you and provide you with the tools you need to achieve your individual goals.
I know making the decision to come to therapy can be difficult, scary and leave you feeling vulnerable but taking that first step is the key to unlocking the door towards becoming your best self. You are the true expert of yourself and often just need additional encouragement to identify and explore areas that are no longer working.
