Great to meet you!

In our fast-paced, busy world it can be difficult to find or make the time to take care of ourselves, and yet, here you are. Whatever circumstance is bringing you here, congratulations on taking this step of healing and self-discovery. I’m so glad you are here. I specialize in working with women dealing with: anxiety, people pleasing, life transitions, perfectionism, history of trauma, and depression. Ladies, you deserve support, it would be my honor to walk with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

Usually, people come to therapy in times of deep hurt and self-doubt. For others, therapy can be a place of exploration and learning more about who they are. One of the biggest needs we have as humans is the need to be seen and heard, just as we are. The connection between client and therapist is a vital foundation for doing meaningful, inner work.

What you can expect from me

You have agency in your life, and I want to empower you to make choices that help you live the life you deserve. I strive to create an authentic and warm environment for us to collaborate on your presenting concerns. I wholeheartedly believe in your ability to blossom, even after it might have felt like life has knocked you off your feet.
