I have over twenty years of experience working with children and adolescents as a licensed therapist. My mission is to ensure children and adolescents have a childhood they do not have to recover from in adulthood. I am empathetic with my client population and strive to view their lives from their perspectives.
I use a client-centered, individualized approach for each person/family encountered. I am a specialist in anxiety, depression, ADHD, suicidal ideations, poor emotional regulation, social skills, low self-esteem, and anger management. I provide home and school support to increase success across settings. I provide co-parenting support through the courts including mediation, coordination, individual family counseling. I am an expert in crisis management and reduction of self-harming behaviors.
My children and adolescents are equipped and empowered with coping strategies and success tools to help them thrive.
